Venue-Only Rental

Best for cocktail-style events, pop-ups, presentations, networking mixers, and gatherings where seating is not required.

Capacity

Our venue comfortably accommodates:

• Seating Capacity: 60 guests

• Standing Capacity: 75–80 guests

Guest capacity is based on event layout, furniture selection, and entertainment setup. Final guest count is confirmed during booking to ensure comfort, flow, and safety.

Pricing

• Weekdays (Mon–Thu): $125 per hour (4-hour minimum)

• Weekends (Fri–Sun): $175 per hour (5-hour minimum)

Venue + Tables & Chairs Package

Ideal for seated celebrations and events requiring a structured layout.

Capacity

• Up to 55 seated guests

Pricing (5-Hour Rental)

• Weekdays (Mon–Thu): $850

• Weekends (Fri–Sun): $1,000

ADDITIONAL TIME

Additional rental time may be added based on availability.

• $250 per hour, charged in 30-minute increments

IN-HOUSE RENTAL DISCOUNT

Clients who book Styled & Staged Event Studio receive an exclusive 40% discount on select in-house rental items used within the venue.

REQUIRED FEES

• Cleaning Fee: $200

• Refundable Security Deposit: $500

Security deposits are returned after the event, provided venue policies are followed and no damages occur.

HOLIDAY & PEAK DATES

Holiday and Peak Dates are subject to premium pricing and special booking terms. These include major holidays, holiday weekends, and high-demand dates.

Details are outlined in the rental agreement.

IMPORTANT NOTES

• No on-site cooking permitted

• DJs and amplified music must end at the contracted time

• Final layout and guest count must be approved prior to the event

• Tours are available Tuesdays from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM by appointment only.

PAYMENT TERMS

• A 50% non-refundable booking deposit is required to reserve your date

• Remaining balance is due prior to the event, per contract terms

• Dates are secured once the deposit and signed agreement are received
