Classic Concession Machines

Ice Cream Stand

Cool, colorful, and made for celebration.

  • Choose up to 3 ice cream flavors

  • Includes toppings bar (sprinkles, sauces, whipped cream)

  • Attendant for serving and cleanup

Pricing:

  • $175/hr (2-hour minimum = $350)

Add-Ons:

  • Premium toppings (candies, fruit, nuts): $25

  • Custom signage or table styling: $30

Simple, crowd-pleasing, and easy to add to any event.

Rentals:

  • Cotton Candy Machine: $75/day

  • Popcorn Machine: $85/day

  • Snow Cone Machine: $90/day

  • Package of Any 3 Machines: $220/day

Each rental includes:

  • Basic supplies for up to 25 servings

  • Delivery, setup, and pickup

  • Operating instructions (or staffed service if you add an attendant)

Add Supplies: $15 per additional 25 servings

Premium Concession Stands

Make your event unforgettable with our interactive, staffed stands. Each setup includes themed décor, signage, serving supplies, and a friendly attendant for the full rental period.

All concession stands require a 2-hour minimum.

Lemonade Stand

Fresh, vibrant, and perfect for warm-weather celebrations.

  • Includes up to 3 lemonade flavors (Classic, Strawberry, Blueberry, or Mango)

  • Styled drink station with serving supplies and signage

  • Attendant for serving and refills

Pricing:

  • $125/hr (2-hour minimum = $250)

Upgrade Option:

  • Premium Flavored Upgrade — includes specialty lemonade blends for adult gatherings.
    (Available upon request; must be 21+ to select this option.)

Hot Dog Stand

A nostalgic favorite that’s always a crowd-pleaser!

  • Includes hot dog warmer, buns, condiments station, napkins, and serving setup

  • Attendant to prep, serve, and maintain station

Pricing:

  • $125/hr (2-hour minimum = $250)

Add-Ons:

  • Chips or snack bags: $1 per guest

  • Beverage cooler setup: $25

Churro Stand

Warm, sweet, and irresistible!

  • Includes churro warmer and toppings (cinnamon sugar, chocolate drizzle, caramel sauce)

  • Disposable plates and napkins

  • Attendant for setup, serving, and cleanup

Pricing:

  • $150/hr (2-hour minimum = $300)

Attendant Services & Add Ons

Need help operating or serving at your event? Our attendants are professional, friendly, and trained for safety and presentation.

Pricing:

  • $35/hr (2-hour minimum = $70)

Includes:

  • Setup and operation of concession area

  • Serving and restocking supplies

  • Cleanup and sanitization after service

🎈 Add-Ons

  • Additional Servings (25-count): $15

  • Themed Table Styling or Signage: $25

  • Balloon Accent or Mini Garland: $50

  • Generator (for outdoor events): $75/day

📝 Notes

  • All machines and stands require access to a standard power outlet.

  • Outdoor setups must be shaded or tented for safety and performance.

  • A 50% deposit is required to reserve concession rentals.

  • Travel fees may apply for events outside a 10-mile radius.
