Rental Agreement

All rentals are subject to availability and are confirmed only after the 50% non-refundable deposit is received. Items will not be held without a signed agreement and deposit.

Payments

• A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.

• Final payment is due:

• Upon pickup for all warehouse pickups

• 48 hours prior to delivery for delivery orders

• Late payments may result in cancellation or forfeiture of your booking.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• Cancellations made 14 days or more before your event may apply the deposit toward a future rental.

• Cancellations made with less than 14 days’ notice will result in a loss of the deposit and any additional balance paid.

Rental Period & Late Fees

• Standard rental periods are 24–48 hours unless otherwise agreed.

• Late returns without prior approval will be charged a daily late fee of 25% of the rental total per day.

Delivery & Pickup

• Delivery and pickup are available for all orders. Delivery fees are based on location, item size, and service level.

• Luxury and oversized items require delivery and setup by Styled and Staged.

• Clients are responsible for being available during scheduled delivery windows. Missed deliveries may result in additional fees or rescheduling delays.

Damage & Replacement

• Clients are responsible for the care of all rental items during the rental period.

• Normal wear is expected. However, damage beyond normal use, loss, or theft will result in repair or replacement charges.

• A cleaning or repair fee may be applied if items are returned dirty, broken, or with adhesive/glitter/paint residues.

Warehouse Pickups

• Only eligible items can be picked up by clients.

• All pickups and drop-offs must occur during business hours.

• Late pickups or returns without notice may result in additional fees or refusal of service.

Photo Use & Marketing

Styled and Staged reserves the right to photograph setups and use images of rented items for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes, unless otherwise requested in writing by the client.

Liability Disclaimer

Styled and Staged is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or property damage caused by misuse of rented items. All items are rented at the client's own risk.

Custom Orders & Styled Packages

Custom rentals, styled packages, or installations may have additional terms depending on scope and setup. These will be outlined in your invoice or separate agreement if applicable.
